"It was mind-blowing," September 11, 2009 marks the eighth year since nearly 3,000 Americans were killed when planes were hijacked and crashed into the twin towers, the Pentagon and a Pennsylvania field.
There aren't many days that people remember exactly where they were, exactly what they were doing with very specific detail. But as we found out, September 11th 2001 was certainly one of those days.
"I had a television on," recalled Alicia Guthrie, "and I just remember thinking about all the people."
